Report Infringement

Digital Design Innovations Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges and honors the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address any claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent as specified in the example notice below.

If you hold a copyright, are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright holder, or are authorized under any exclusive rights granted by copyright, please notify us of any alleged copyright violations occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice as detailed below, we will take whatever actions we find appropriate at our discretion, including the removal of the contested content from the Site.

• 1. Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of those works.
• 2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or involved in infringing activity) and for which access should be disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL of the link as it appears on the Site or the specific location of the content.
• 3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations in the body of the Notice:
• * "I genuinely believe that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activities are infringing may face liability.

If you contend that your content that was removed (or to which access was blocked) is not infringing, or if you have permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to circulate and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or whose access has been restricted, along with its location before removal or access disablement;
• 3. A statement indicating that you possess a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement confirming your willingness to accept service of process from the notifier of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or stop restricting it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder initiates a legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated or access restored in a timeframe of 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have established a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there has been ongoing infringement.
